Club Season Continues: Summer Tour 2025 Kicks Off
The road to the European Ultimate Club Finals (EUCF) heats up as Summer Tour 2025 kicks off across four countries during the weekend of August 2–3. Teams will be battling it out in Heilbronn, Hornsyld, Stirling, and Warsaw for the golden tickets — wildcards that grant qualification to the EUCF.
Heilbronn, Germany (Mixed & open)
Heilbronn delivers two packed divisions.
In Mixed, 11 teams are ready for action, including major part of the current top 10: Tiefseetaucher (GER) #1 (already possesing wildcard from Elite Invite), Cus Padova Rangers (ITA) #3, Disconnection (GER) #4, Deep Space (GBR) #5, PUC (FRA) #8, and Leamington Lemmings (GBR) #9.
In Open, heavyweights like Wall City (GER) #3, 3SB (CZE) #5, Chevron Action Flash (GBR) #7, and Grut (NED) #10.
With both wildcards up for grabs, the battles in Heilbronn will shape the rest of the season.
Hornsyld, Denmark (open)
In the north, the tournament has two strong candidates for the wildcard on paper, XVI (IRL) #20 and Jetset (BEL) #21 but don’t count out the others for punching over their current ranking and claiming their spot.
Stirling, Great Britain (Mixed & open)
Stirling also hosts two divisions this upcoming weekend with 11 teams across Open and Mixed.
Mixed is offers a more even playing field when it comes to this weekend’s other mixed location, Heilbronn. It has strong depth in the #11–25 range but no clear title favourite. Highest at the current ranking are Reading Ultimate (GBR) #11 and Glasgow Ultimate (GBR) #13.
In Open, from the four teams participating, are within the top 24, Ranelagh (IRL) #16 and Smash’D (GBR) #17, both borderline EUCF-level
Warsaw, Poland (Mixed)
The two clear favourites heading into Warsaw are Tartu Turbulence (EST) #6, and Savage Ultimate (POL) #7. Both teams have already proven themselves at the top of the European mixed division this season during Elite Invite and will be looking to solidify their place at EUCF.
