Hi everyone,
We, at University of Montréal, are conducting research to understand how team dynamics favour the integration of ultimate frisbee players in competitive teams.
We would love for you to be a part of this study!
Briefly, this study examines the way rookies adjust to new teams and become integrated with established team members over the course of a season. Your insights as a player—whether you are rookie or have been playing with this team for years—is very important to the success of this research.
What will you have to do?
Answer three online questionnaires (15 minutes to complete)
The online questionnaire will be answered every 5–8 weeks during club season
Who can participate?
Member of a competitive ultimate frisbee team (playing in regional, national or international club championships; practicing at least once a week)
English speakers
At least 18 years old
Why participate?
Help improve our understanding of team integration and player experiences
Contribute to social psychology research
It’s quick, easy, and all responses are confidential
Plus, participants get a $30CAD gift-card upon completion of the third questionnaire and a research report with the general findings will be shared with coaches and captains.
