Invite to the EUF Youth Network

Participate in a new initiative, the establishment of the EUF Youth Network. The goal of the network is to share knowledge between countries and EUF and work together on youth development topics, with a focus on inclusion. We are looking for one Youth Representative and one Diversity, Equity, and inclusion Representative from each country.

Propose either two different people for both positions or just one person for both positions. The workload is fairly easy and can be done by one person, but we would love to have more people interested in these topics join the network to bring more ideas and share them more effectively.

The proposed representatives don't need to be part of the national association/federation, but they need to be connected to you. This is important because the work in the network requires understanding the national association/federation and being representative of the youth development work in your country. From the point of view of developing youth Ultimate, it's beneficial that the national association/federation has some kind of connection to the coaches and the grassroots level.

The proposed representatives don't necessarily need to have prior experience of these topics. Interest to find out more, willingness to support the development of youth ultimate in your country and ability to participate in the network are what matters! You can see this as an opportunity to invite new people and perhaps recruit them for more work with your federation outside the EUF network. We hope this can be an opportunity for growth for all parties involved.

Even if you can't propose anyone for the network right now, please fill out the form to tell us how you would like to be kept informed of our work.

You can find the form at https://forms.gle/SqV69qEyG3SjFVAj7. Please complete it by the 20th of April 2024.

For any questions on any of the above, please get in touch - development@ultimatefederation.eu
