This email is currently only for the Open and Women teams. Mixed teams will get the pre-registration form on Tuesday, 29.11.
Spring Invite and Elite Invite are set:

Padova: 22.-23.4.2023

Leuven: 22.-23.4.2023

8-16 Women teams
*UK: Final location to be announced before the end of the pre-registration period.
Elite Invite:
Bern: 27.-29.5.

EUCR’s in August - to be announced
The winner of each Spring Invite will get a direct spot at EUCF (no need to play EUCR)
The Elite Invite winner and runner-up will get a direct spot at EUCF.
Timeline:
Pre-Registration: 25.11.-31.12.2022
Bid distribution: 1.1.-8.1.2023
Sending invoices: 8.1.2023
Confirmation via team fee payment: 31.1.2023
Roster deadline: 31.3.2023
Waitinglist:
We will try to give you the bids you wish for and inform you about your status when we send out the invoice for the team fees (8.1.2023). You cannot be on the waiting list for one event while expecting to play another event. If you drop out because you prefer another event, we will put you on the waiting list.
Waiting list teams will be regularly informed about their status to make quick and efficient decisions.
Eligibility:
The deadline of 31.3.2023 is the same for Spring and Elite Invite. A player cannot be part of two rosters at the same time. Additional rules will be available early in 2023 in connection with the athletes and competition committee. Invited Teams:
All teams participated in the EUCF in 2022/2021/2019 or EUCR/Q/Elite Invite in 2022.
The priority list will be weighted on their performance in these years.
